Hang Lung Properties Limited 2018-01-31T09:10 財經茄呢啡 恆隆地產(101)主席陳啟宗表示,內地零售正復蘇中,惟仍需一年半載才能反映在業績上。陳啟宗表示,內地商場早兩年仍有退租及租金下調壓力,現時壓力仍存在,但已大為改善。恆隆地產(101)部份商場正進行優化,包括上海港匯恆隆廣場、正展開為期三年翻新計劃的山頂廣場等,若撇除因翻新而短期關閉的面積,此部份收入按年升4%。;加上越來越多中高級品牌有意進駐旗下商場,未來租金有調升空間。
