2024-04-18　中國天瑞水泥遭遇股價異常回落，令到其控股股東煜闊有限公司約１．３３１億股股權在２０２４年４月９日被強制賣出。煜闊現正尋求法律意見，以確定此次賣出是否合法合規，並可能采取相應行動。盡管如此，中國天瑞水泥指出公司業務運營正常，但股票交易將繼續暫時停止直至內幕消息澄清。
 
2024-04-18　中國天瑞水泥 上星期二（９日）尾市洗倉式插水９９．０％，並在上星期三（１０日）宣布停牌，事隔約一周後，中國天瑞水泥終於在周三（１７日）發公告宣布，大股東、非執行董事李留法，及身任執董的妻子李鳳孌旗下煜闊的孖展證券賬戶中，有中國天瑞水泥持股被斬倉。公告指，由於中國天瑞水泥上星期二有不尋常股價回落，煜闊有１．３３億股或４．５３％中國天瑞水泥在公開市場遭強制賣出。
 
2024-04-18　天瑞水泥日前暴瀉９９％後停牌，該公司最新指出，據控股股東煜闊有限公司稱，於４月９日，由於不尋常股價回落，煜闊的孖展證券賬戶所持有的１．３３億股股權(相當於公司股本約４．５３％)在公開市場遭強制賣出。煜闊亦仍正在厘清類似其所持有最多達額外１,０００萬股股權的強制賣出是否已經於４月１７日期獲妥為執行。
