新911 TURBO S不論在車身寬度或輪胎尺寸都較前代車型增漲不少,不僅具有更侵略的保桿造型、車側進氣口與矩形4出尾管,同時車頭也換上可視引擎工作溫度調節進氣量的主動式進氣壩、加大擾流尾翼,搭配911 TURBO車型首次采用的前20吋(225/35 R20)、後21吋(315/30 R21)輪胎規格、中央鎖付快拆式設計,讓新911 TURBO S不論在下壓力、抓地力皆有所提升。
PORSCHE為新一代911車系前後推出不同性能版本,今次終於輪到旗艦級911 TURBO S,而且有硬頂版和開篷版同步登場。全新911 TURBO S性能表現更上一層樓,所搭載的3.8L水平對向雙渦輪增壓引擎,最大馬力及扭力分別有650PS和800NM,相較上一代分別增加70PS及50NM之多。搭配八前速PDK波箱,完成0~100KM/H只需2.7秒,較上代快上0.2秒,0~200KM/H僅8.9秒,比上代快足足1秒,至於極速就維持330KM/H。
