2024-04-08　—周二（４月２日），美元/加元的前景顯示出溫和的睇跌跡象，因油價飆升令到加元上揚。前一交易日，加元走軟，此前一項調查支撐加拿大央行將於６月開始降息的觀點。與此同一時間，在樂觀的制造業數據發布後，美元走強。
 
2024-04-10　周三（４月１０日）亞盤早盤，美元/加元最新價報１．３５６４，開盤價為１．３５７０。匯策略主管ＣＨＡＲＵＣＨＡＮＡＮＡ指出，如果加拿大央行在周三的政策決定中意外降息或暗示６月提前降息，加元將走低。
 
2024-04-15　由於市場對加拿大央行將於６月調降借款利率的預估堅定，加元匯價呈現走弱態勢。美元/加元飆升至自去年１１月以來的最高水平，現報１．３７６６１，漲幅０．５７％。在周三加拿大央行保持利率現狀後，行長麥克勒姆相信６月份可能會實施降息措施。
